Shower extremely dirty, towels from previous guests in the bathroom. Check in was a nightmare. Didn't have the room I reserved a month ago then tried to charge me to upgrade. Asked for early check in and was told they were far too busy to see if a room was ready. Check in was 3pm and by 3:05 there were 10 people in the lobby and no one at the front desk.

Stayed for 3 nights and there was pee on the wall the entire time. Wasn’t cleaned even after complaining.
