Took 3 tries to get a room. One didn't accommodate 3 people, 2nd was dirty, 3rd was finally correct. Took about 30 min to get in our room after a long drive. When we went back down for the 2nd room, nobody was at the desk and took 10-15 min for staff to show up despite calling from in-house phone like their sign states.

Poor Service and faculty needs to be checked for . Staff said we could only have one access key. Not sure why. Elevator was down for two days. Only on unit and had to take stairs to move. Also unit was very noisy. Could not rest.

The false fire alarm went on for 10 min at 4 AM My ear was damaged because of huge noise and could not get any more.

First off, there was a very strong smell of natural gas both outside and inside the lobby of this hotel. I made a reservation for 3 people. Showed up to the hotel a few hours later. I could barely hear the staff member. They spoke so quietly I had to repeatedly ask them what they said. The staff member at the desk said there were no rooms with 2 queens as I had booked. Upon checking in, it became clear that this hotel is used for low income housing of some sort. It was an uncomfortable experience thinking I was staying at a hotel when the majority of the people staying there were living there full time. I had to initial a statement when I checked in stating that I was not a tenant and that I would vacate the premises if asked to do so. I wish something in the process of booking the hotel gave me a clue about what I would be encountering during my stay.

My first time making a reservation. I didn’t check in until 4:30 5ish. They checked me in a dirty room. Covers of the bed had juice stains ,floor dirty , the bathroom had dirt rags on the floor . Trash is as full . I will never come back and my 2nd room was dirty as well. I would not recommend nobody to come. I even talked to the employees as well and nothing was taken care of. The employees ignored me said I’ll get thirty percent off , and nothing was confirmed or anything.

Worst customer service ever We were in town for the Marine Corps Half Marathon, this place was brand new and has lots of potential. 6 hours on the road and we got there an hour early. They would not allow us to check in early. Just a flat NO. Front desk staff were miserable. We went for lunch and came back right on time, and were #6 in line to check in. Staff good Unhappy with room the front desk manger was slow to see I was there but was very good once he noticed me. The air conditioner was as loud as a big rig truck which I drove by all day and did not want to here it at night when I was sleeping. the vibration from the air conditioner vibrated the floor which made the bed vibrate all night long,it made for a very uncomfortable sleep which I did not get a very good one at all. very unhappy and I do hope to hear from someone about this in the next few days.
