Basic and pool was out of order. No ice machine. Sorry breakfast. Will not stay at that hotel again.

Very disappointing I was told there was an airport shuttle, there was not. It also talks about a complimentary breakfast and then you go down there and are some packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Front desk says you have a kitchen in your room.. this is grab and go.

Hello, my stay was very good, except the breakfast is not suitable for a hotel of this category; it is just an offering of snacks. I think it should not be called breakfast, as one has a different expectation. For example: coffee, milk, rolls, eggs, yogurt, butter, some cheese, and/or fruits The hotel should improve this treatment of the customers and not use sweet things and coffee.
First strike the pool was closed the entire 8 days I was there and no form of notification was on the site when we booked nor through for the trip updates. I saw the notification at the front desk while we waited about 30 minutes for someone to come check us in. The breakfast was beyond minimal only muffins, breakfast bar, tea and coffee if you're lucky to find any when you arrive. 6am-9:30am is krazy for breakfast when you're on vacation. Dirty smelly rooms, unfriendly staff, the whole area looks ghetto, no lights in front of the building. Little bit coffee for the breakfast and only a few cupcakes. Do no recommend, especiay for families
We did not end up checking into this hotel. Pool was out of order and has been for about 5 years, however that information was not disclosed on the amenities. Hotel front desk lady was rude but did cancel our reservation without any charge.
