A two thumbs down The bedroom area was clean not so much bathroom the bathtub had a dark ring it wasn't cleaned properly and the kitchen had garbage in the trash can and the flat top stove was not heating properly maybe because the black stuff was covering the burner also the pool was not open they need to check room 520 before they let anyone check in that room it might be a fire hazard.I should have took pictures

Poor Upon arrival, everything seemed fine. The breakfast was very poor every day of our stay. Today, on our departure day, they put out fruit, unexpired cereal bars, and even yogurt. Housekeeping was terrible; the sheets and towels were never changed. We had to bring dirty ones so they could clean them. The bathroom floor was dirty and unswept. They should also remove the photo of the pool; that's why I chose it. You only gave us $250 in points, which doesn't make up for the $1,084 pay. I don't recommend it.

Started good…. The Good: Front desk staff at check in was great! The Bad: Front desk staff in the evening was very rude. We had a room with 3 beds. There was no bedding for the fold out bed. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking.

The matress were damaged, they offer breakfast and the have only coffee and one muffin.
