The bathroom was dirty, hair all over the tub. Complained about it and nothing was done. Extremely disappointed

To make a long story short, I booked 3 rooms for a group of 5 people to stay one night while waiting for they flight back in Miami. After the submitted the rooms rate to the group they wanted to cancel to I asked for a cancellation literally few minutes after I booked and the hotel made me pay the rooms even if I cancelled. Expedia tried to help me out but the hotel did not want to cooperate. So they decided to stay. Once there they asked for one of the rooms I booked to have one with two beds instead of a queen bed. The room is cleaned once a week, and to receive additional towels, you will need to return all currently used towels before new ones are provided.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was amazing BUT the do NOT have breakfast they only offer some coffee and some muffins and cookies for “breakfast” and the silverware you have to ask for it and they only give you few plates and 2 cups 2 spoons for 5 people.

Poor maintenance. Couldn’t get a lightbulb replaced for 18 hours. Lousy breakfast. Terrible coffee, all food was ready to eat muffins and nutribars in plastic packaging. Hall carpet had stains on it.
