Overpriced. Dirty. Breakfast ran out of food.

The room was like a college dorm. No carpet. Our room smelled like cat piss. There was 1 plastic cup in the room, seemed to be left by previous tenant. No ice. Was told by staff to use the ice in the trays of the freezer. However, the trays were empty. And about that extended stay….we’re we to bring our own dishes, glasses, utensils? I have to say that this is the worse hotel I have stayed in. Horrible!

Incomodo lugar Desde q llegamos q fue 5 horas despues del chek in la persona sabia hablat español y dijo no saber pues un dia despues nos hablo en español yno no estaba lista la habitacion y como familia cansados dos mala atencion de servicio al cliente tercera camas demssiado pequeñas q como las describen y ultimo colmo llaman para recordar el entregar la habitacion cuando fue pesimo el recibo y para mal de males decia desayuno jajaha lo peor y custodiados con el mal servicio del chek in terrible lugar en TODO.

The Internet was never working and I DESPERATELY NEEDED to upload work to client. Ended up taking my laptop in my car next door to Pei Wei and used their WiFi. The bathroom smelled like cat piss--not ammonia, cat piss. The shower handle was for a midget and then eventually broke and I had to jerry-rig it with a washcloth. The shower curtain was only a centimeter below lip of tub and water got all over the floor. A few more showers and the floorboards will be rotten. Listed as a non smoking hotel, the room assigned to us stank of cigarettes. We did not stay, we checked out immediately.
