Terrible experience, Very Unsafe. The safety of its guests is NOT the hotel's priority. At midnight someone opened the door to my room, I called the front desk and they answered me: Yes, I was in your room. Entering each one is the only way we can use to take inventory of the rooms. Horrible, Unsafe, customer service not polite at all. This was my first and last time at this hotel. Terrible experience.

Poor cleanliness. I found people hair on bath tub and bed sheet.

The place is so dirty and nasty and in an unsafe location. Cockroaches are visibly in the ceiling and beds. We had several rooms with colleagues. We had a leave and went else where. Front desk staff apologized and would refund us. Will see how the much struggle with the refund.

Road noise was horrible. The room was very clean. Freeway noise was way too loud. Access to stores was not very accessible.

They did not have the queen room i booked and they had to upchareg me for a double room i had not other choice !!

No puedo reseñar nada porque nunca me aceptaron la reservacion a segun argumentando que mi reservacion no salia en sus sistema... lo habia hecho 1ymedia antes de llegar al hotel y despues que llegue tambien espere casi una hora y nada que me resolvían me tuve que ir a otro hotel con un artista que andsba conmigo que verguenza de todo esto y aun asi estoy esperando que me reembolsen el dinero... no me importa de quien halla sido la culpa del mal momento que me hicieron pasar en el lobby de este hotel solo quiero que me reembo... read more
