Great location, okay everything else. The location was great to get to downtown Nashville, about a $10.00 uber. The cons: no blow dryer, no bath tub, the bed was kind of hard, and the staff seemed indifferent. We asked for dishes and told they would be delivered, they weren't, we asked again and they were handed to us. However, getting dishes seemed like it was a pain to guest services. Overall, the location was great, but wasn't overly impressed.

Everyone was nice and helpful. My only complaint was the roach killers in the room.

Close to downtown The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. Not much to choose from. There was only coffee and I don't drink it. I always get juice but that wasn't a option. If we needed close to downtown again, we would stay but we prefer our usual hotel with full hot breakfast and it is cheaper too

Rude front desk check in. Called earlier was told 2pm check in okay. Arrived 1:53 and was told needed to pay $20 for early check in. Told her I called earlier then she waved the fee. However terrible attitude like someone has died recently. Do not recommend.
