Terrible. The elevator was oit of service had to climb to the 4th floor, did not offer to carry luggage. Unacceptable. Will never use the location again.

The hotel was nice,the only bad thing is there is no house keeping done daily.

We had ants in our first room. The second room we were moved to had issues with the air conditioning. It was 83 degrees and took 8 hours to get to 73.

This was a terrible stay I got there at 3:00 they stated rooms would not be available until 3:45pm the room was filthy! I was so miserable during my stay.

Somehow gave away the room despite it being paid for and confirmed.. do not stay here if you want a place to stay for when you arrive to Florida, because they may give it away to someone else.

Café da manhã não tinha praticamente nada, somente barrinha de cereal e café. Pode se considerar que não era café da manhã. Quarto muito barulhento, a porta de entrada fica batendo o tempo inteiro ( inclusive a noite) fazendo muito barulho no quarto. Não passaram no quarto nem para tirar o lixo do banheiro. Eu simplesmente não voltaria neste hotel.
