Had to stay when our plane was delayed. Not organized. Hotel lobby and rooms were dirty and ran down. Do not recommend.

Convenient location for planned activity and pet friendly. Very disappointed that I had to pay 2 nights of pet fee that I wasn't aware and neither was hotel that I was bringing pet. Had to book thru Expedia because your on line booking said not available for 12/6-12/8. Under comments I wrote 1st floor and bringing friendly dog. Apparently not rec'd but I have on my booking. We were staying one night, but found that the place is not really set up for that. We didn't need the kitchen, but needed shampoo and soap. So our mistake for not really realizing the type of place that it was, but not a good value for overnight stay.

Staff member unsurprised that TV not working, said wifi was probably down, nothing they could do. No other room available. A/C control ERR. Stained hand towels.

Arrived at 11pm to catch an early morning flight the following day. Elevator was broke the night of our stay. Fire alarms went off in our room around 3am in 5 second bursts for no apparent reason and having to get up at 4am made for a short and rough night of sleep

Don’t care about guest needs The front desk was terrible . No professional what’s so ever . Acts like they don’t even care about there job there

Disappointing Front desk ladies were friendly upon check in - thank you. Elevator was down during stay. Hallway and stairwells smelled disgusting - smoke and dirty shoes. Room was ok. Could use a good deep cleaning. We were told breakfast would be muffins, eggs, hot cereal, fruit, the next morning, only thing down there were Nutri Grain granola bars. For the price, disappointing. AC was not on in room upon check in so it was musty and hot.
