Areas of entrance, the lobby and front desk staff reaked of cigarette smoke. No coffee maker in room, went to lobby to request coffee, granola bar or cup of yogurt it was refused as it was 530a and bfast not put out till 6a. I was handed coffee maker pack of coffee, 1 powered creamer. Took back to room - no coffee cup. Had to return to lobby and ask for it as well thouggt staff should have known. Anyway, room was clean, bed very firm so for me at $120 this place wasn't worth it.

the floor was so dirty my feet were black from walking around after 10 min in the room, shower was dirty hair on shower wall, there is not even a pen or paper to write notes, healthy breakfast? no no orange juice actually nothing at all zip zero, coffee..

Staff wasn’t very friendly and we saw a cockroach on the bathroom floor. We tried talking to staff about it at checkout but no one was working the counter.

On 02/01/24, I booked a reservation to the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Orlando Sanford through Expedia and paid the total of $163 for a room at the hotel on 02/14/24-02/15/24. The accommodation was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work very well. I tried to call for assistance but the in room phone didn’t work, tried using my own phone to call the front desk, instead of reaching the front desk my call was routed to the main reservation center. No help there. Bottom line disappointed.
