Staff was great. The room was nice and clean. No complaints!
The staff was courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Alfreda and Milijana. The room was clean. The staff provided and kitchen items we need. Parking was easy. All around good experience for a reasonable cost. I will return when the chance presents itself.

Room could use some touch ups and housekeeping cleaning was subpar. Front desk is like a bloodhound when checking out and that is my main reason I likely won’t return. I’ll go back to paying the extra dollars for some courtesy.

I was put in a dog room because I had a service dog (a real one) and it smelled like urine, then I pulled the covers down and there was a dead bug and then black dog fur.my dogs red. I requested a new room front desk kept telling me I had a "per" I reiterated the difference of a service dog. Next room was fine.

Wonderful staff, very nice hotel.
Upon checking in nothing was said about them spraying for roaches the very next day. When I got to my room, there was a paper on the door telling me just that so everything had to be put away and we had to be out of the room for three hours the next day. Not happy about that.

Check in time is posted as 3pm, my wife and I arrived a little after 4pm and the room wasn't ready, we're told it'd be another fourty minutes. We drove around some to kill time and got a call about 30 minutes later that the room was ready. Reserved a king suite with sofa bed, got two queen beds with two little sitting chairs. Ugh, not a great experience, will not bother staying here again.
