Piss poor hotel Check in at 430pm room not ready had to wait an additional hour..Room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned..Stains on floors.. Hallway not vacuumed or cleaned.. Extremely disappointed in condition of room and hotel .. Would not recommend to family or friends... As you can read this also means I will not be staying here again... The only good thing about my stay was how apologetic Barbara was..if not for her I would have walked out

Treated poorly, did not get room I booked for, mgmt was ambivalent "you booked through a third party so you don't get first pick and we're booked up so you can't change rooms" Room had issues. I have photos

noisy, too many parties going on, no breakfast it was only a coffee and packaged yogurt (Expedia says breakfast included), not clean, old style place, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, 2 elevators (only 1 is working) it took forever to get up/down, staff is not friendly, I don't recommend neither for any business traveller nor family.

I wouldn't stay again. It was just okay. It was filthy and not a well maintained property. It's very dated and stale. Customer service was mediocre. Some of the staff had bad attitudes. The kitchenettes and available kitchen accessories was convenient and the room we had was spacious. But that was the only nice part. I wouldn't stay again.

Didn’t have my room, people yelling in hallway, air conditioning was not working properly

Parking was very accessible to room. Location of the hotel was nice and easy to access. Like the layout of the room with kitchenette. Did not like that bed was super hard and pull out couch was not clean ‘full of pet fur’.

I cannot recommend this property based on my recent experience. I could not use the shower because of broken shower tiles. Unsafe to use. Broken or missing cabinet handles, cold wood floors with no rugs anywhere, kitchen area with no kitchenware, broken trashcan, bed that looked like it had not been changed, unpleasant and and unhelpful staff, terrible cheap vinyl sofa, no comfortable seating, undrinkable coffee, cheap plastic toilet seats that kept sliding off. Fine for a place to sleep After going to the wrong location a few miles away we were quickly checked in at the correct hotel. The floor was sticky in the living space. There was only one working elevator which was inconvenient. The room was very humid and the temperature had to be turned very low to get the air conditioning to kick on and relieve the humidity level in the room.
