Disappointed The phone and the light attached to side of bed was not operating. When informed staff they did not have it fixed and we were there 4 nights. I was told at check out since I went through a 3rd party for reservations they could not do anything to compensate us. I stated it was unfair and staff Michelle agreed and stated she will have the manager John call me. I have not recieved a call. This was very disappointing and bias. I will definitely not stay here again.

Only one functional elevator for a 6 floor building. Then that one was slow, jumpy and had to be constantly reset. It was hot on the 6th floor and air conditioning was not fully cooling the room. Bed sheets were thin and ripping. Met by a very unfriendly desk associate upon check in.

The hotel would not honor the type of room I reserved and paid for. The room smelled and the air conditioning was subpar. One of the two elevators was out of order ( and was out order for at least a week, since we also encountered this last week), leading to crowded elevators and long waits to get up and down to our room. The breakfast buffet ran out of certain items and were not refilled. The staff was indifferent. This was a terrible hotel for the price.

Monitor your credit card Shortly after the room charged to our credit card, three additional fraudulent charges appeared on my card, suggesting a breach in the hotel’s system.

Hair in the bathtub from previous person...no.paper no pen...beds were mushy...smelled like cigarette smoke..we were very unhappy..

I didn’t even stay because the room was so dirty. It smelled and was on the ground floor across from the employee office. The man at the desk was not helpful.
