Key repeatedly didn’t work. Staff had to take part of door apart for me to get in!

Sent to the street! I had misplaced my wallet, they refused to let me in. They would not take cash or my car registration for ID. Not such a humane experience, they showed no kindness at all.
This hotel was disappointing for the following reasons 1) the bed felt like a cot; uncomfortable mattress and pillows. 2) the breakfast was very meager...there was a nice sign for oatmeal but they "ran out" both mornings I was there 3) at 11:30am I received a knock on the door from a manager who was basically telling me that I had passed the 11am check-out time. I don’t understand why this hotel was rated so high. Rooms are noisy and cold and free breakfast is just some strong black coffee with cereal bars

First and Last Check in was great, room was clean, location was iffy.. I'm not familiar with the area but I am sure there was a better location we could have chosen. Room was modern and well kept, all seemed great but then there is the noisy, loud tenants that live there and don't care about people who are there for only 1 night. Hotel looks "only for themselves, their pocket of Money" - 'Extended Stay' means what ? with hungry stomach ? They did not have even milk for breakfast, no seats (just 6 high seats on 1 table, 2 sofa seats that,s all). I stayed 2 nights - they never clean for 2 days. What they said " if you need towel or tissue come down and get it" One of the worst experience - their level not better than Ikoi Hotel, Lagos,Nigeria.

Place was good location and clean. Place was loaded with low life’s. At 1 am in morning group of smokers hanging out by entrance blaring music and NI ONE st the hotel did anything about it. Totally woke me up and kept me up for over 1 hour. Horrible experience.
