No heat on the room and front desk didn't even care

The stay was very disappointing,the room was not clean, bathroom dirty,bed sheets were wrinkled, not sure if they changed them. Was very noisy from in and outside of hotel. Bathroom accessories were missing. The breakfast was a joke,twinkles and bad coffee

Clean room. Staff (only dealt with one though) was abrupt and not welcoming. Disappointing for an Extended Stay. No cups, forks/spoons, paper/pen...I asked at the desk for a fork (like the sign in the room requested) and was told they had no forks. You don't have a fork?? The desk woman didn't apologize either. Even non-residence hotels have forks. It's a small thing, but very annoying after a day of traveling and I was just hungry.

Dissatisfied No coffee maker in room, although one available at front desk. In fact basically no amenities are in the room when you get there but a sign in the room saying these items are available at the desk. In an era where even cheaper chains are trying to out do each other with comforters and pillows etc, this is easily the worst pillows I have seen in a hotel in years. Terrible breakfast spread as well. Just seems like they are behind the curve with the recent trends in lodging
