The tv was big and modern, room was somewhat clean.

hair all over the bed sheets, hair in the SHOWER, and a big nice visible hand print on the headboard. terrible. during corona.. terrible.

Worst experience Nothing but noise all night. The police were there over 4 times also bamging on doors. I would have liked a refund and checked out but there was no one at the front desk. Overall, it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at and will never ever stay there again.

Old room and internet does not work in some rooms and when it works it is extremely slow

It is great to have a kitchen and a full size fridge in an one week stay. But the place needs insulation, insulation, and insulation. During my stay, I was either in the mercy of the highway travellers or my neighbor. The highway noise is so high that I switched rooms and still could not sleep. Then my neighbor on the 4th floor started to hit the floor heavily and regularly starting at 6am like he/she is exercising. It was so loud! My room didn’t have hot water and I had to wait to have a shower until the next morning.

We called to confirm at 6 pm the day of check in that we had a room that we had booked back in December. We told the staff that we’d be there late since we worked all day and then had to drive 3 hours. When we arrived, we were told Expedia overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available. After about 20 minutes of being told there is nothing that we can do, a kind staff member upgraded our room free of charge to the last room in the hotel that another group did not show up for.
