Too many barking dogs. This hotel is very nice unfortunately it seems as though it has become a hotel for homeless people and they all had a dog or two. The barking was annoying.

We have a small dog which I always pick up his excrement. While walking him I encountered numerous, numerous amounts of other dog excrement all other and around the parking lot. It was very disgusting and turned my stomach. My dog wouldn’t even move his bowels. I was awoken by the sound of mice behind the refrigerator. I also heard the mice at other times of the day! I am very sorry for your experience. I agree, some people that have animals do not pick up after them. Our maintenance person is out every day possible depending on weather, picking up out side. Loud noise during the night caused by a broken refrigerator in the unit. Woke up several times and did not get sleep at all.

The hotel room was gorgeous. however there were no forks, plates or pans to utilize the kitchen. Guests who were staying 2 doors down were partying and screaming until 2am. Made numerous complaints and nothing was done. Had someone bang on my door every 20 minutes between the times of 2am-7am. Called security again and it still continued. Horrible experience.
