The room smelled very badly. Someone had smoked in the room. Mildew smell throughout the entire room. I was quickly told there was no room service for my two day stay after I was charged! The room was funky. Stay away from this place!!

Dirty outside. Rude lady at check in. Nobody there at check out cause she was smoking outside.

After a long drive in the storm. When i got to the property my renovation was cancelled then had to rebook. Was then woken up to a staff member banging on the door telling me i had to checkout in 15 min. Never have i experienced anything like this before.

Dog poop hotel Lousy experience. Absolutely zero amenities. Breakfast was store bought nutribars and cheap muffins. Pet friendly for an extra $25 per dog per night, yet dog crap everywhere on the property, and I mean everywhere! Yes, guests should pick up after their pets, but, for what they're charging they need to make sure the grounds are clean. Loud room next door. Complained immediately upon arrival. Was told “quiet time” wasn’t until past 10 pm. Rough night trying to sleep. Ongoing music well past midnight. Complained again about 11:30 pm. Would not stay here again.

This place was completely disgusting. The floors in my room were filthy - toenails and tons of dirt and dust on the floors. Will never stay at any of these locations ever again

Thumbs down. The room was very clean. That's the only good thing I have to say about our stay. We booked our stay on Hotels.com which indicated that the hotel was pet friendly. It did not indicate that there was a "pet charge" in addition to the rent. This was not an unusual problem. I overheard two other guests complaining about this surprise charge.
