Pros: 1/ staff was absolutely AMAZING! Every single one of them, from Alex, the manager, Veronica, the other lady, to the young gentlemen on the evening shift! They were fast to respond to resolving any issues whether inside the room or outside. I learned about them and from them, we had fun conversations about cultures and how much we have in common, and they loved my dogs just as my dogs loved them! This hotel is very fancy and very cozy with all the amenities I was looking for large refrigerator stove so I can cook my meals I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Overall I give the place ten. However, the business is surrounding were somewhat of a I guess distraction, because I'd noticed him.And then to access it was kind of difficult at that light there coming in off of brokaw, but overall, as I said, I give it a complete tin.

Everything seemed to be fine but I went up to the front desk to get a key because I couldn't get into my room and the desk worker said that he didnt know how to make one. Kind of weird right? The person person didn't like they workes here. The night before our toilet clogged and I had to get a plunger. The guy asked me espenol?
