Like- cleanliness, size, amenities in room- refrigerator, microwave, pressing iron etc. very Not like- utensils not in room and need to be requested. Places extra burden on guest when need is acute and thus non useful. Coffee options or bedside water which I would think are minimums. I may be wrong if these issues go against the underlying business model of the business.

Need to train the checkout guy Check in the afternoon was amazing the lady was friendly happy and delightful she was amesome check out not great guy was rude you could tell he doesn't like his job

Listed as full kitchen, in reality not. Overall may not be that bad, but main disappointment is that the description is somewhat misleading. Basically you will see the ad with "kitchen and kitchenware". But when you come you will be informed that it only for guests that stay for more than a week. And you have nothing, not even simple paper cup to heat a water in microwave and cheapest plastic utensils. Simply nothing. It was late and i was tired, had to wait 21/2 hrs to check in. So i asked if i could be compensated for the wait tine, they Had to wait 2 1/2 hrs to check in

Older property, so just things that come with that. Like smells, old caulking around the shower.

This morning I had a very unpleasant experience. At 9 AM, someone from the hotel staff came into my room without proper notice and started asking whether I was going to extend my stay or check out. Why is your staff doing this? This is completely unacceptable. My checkout time was at 11 AM, and I was planning to sleep until around 10:30. Instead, I was woken up and disturbed way earlier than necessary. I’m very disappointed with this level of service. Guests deserve privacy and peace until checkout time. Would not recommend.
