I wish I could give 0 star for this mean horrible manager and very stinge way run hotel. We arrived in this city early morning, so had to wait until 3pm but my daughter was really sick before figure skate competition, so I asked favor any chance to check in earler. One counter worker said she can let us check-in at 1:30. When we got there other manager (very skinny dark hair very unkind face expression and voice) said NO. Charged me $48 on top of the Expedia reservation saying they were overbooked and I needed to upgrade

This is a very low quality property. My room smelled like burnt food, front desk worker was packing around a dog in a backpack and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The refrigerator in my room is very dated and would make a knocking noise every 10 minutes. Not worth the money!

They did not change the sheets before us and they were blood stained. Asked the front desk for a band aid and they offered us toilet paper and tape. No one was wearing a uniform or name tag

The kitchen had absolutely no dishes, silverware, cups or even a coffee maker. What is the point of a stove or advertising a kitchen? The included breakfast was a cup of yogurt and or coffee, tea. That was it!! Since no coffee in room they should not have stopped coffee in lobby at 9am. Seems like they did the bare minimum to just say they had it.
