Staff was extremely rude. We had planned to book an extra night, but were told the place had just filled to capacity for that night. Have no problem with that; it was on us to have booked earlier. Initially, they were very nice and said to take an extra hour checking out. That was much appreciated because we needed to rush over to the doctor for daily, life-saving medical treatment. But 15 minutes later they gave us 5 minutes to pack up and leave because the new guests wanted to check-in early ....3 hours early!!! So they gl... read more

衛生面が悪いといけば悪い。 6泊したが一度も部屋の掃除に来なかった。タオルは自身でフロントまで持込交換。ただ、そのタオルはあまり奇麗とはいえず髪の毛だらけ。毎日交換しましたが髪の毛だらけ。朝食は安定的な種類は望めず期待もしないほうがいい。今回の滞在中でとにかく髪の毛だらけのタオルが一番印象強かったです。

Property was run down, lobby had cardboard boxes and missing ceiling tiles with wires hanging down. Depressing vibe. Unhappy with Expedia not refunding my second day when I had to check out earlier than expected. Seems just greedy as that room could have been given to someone else.

Not a real hotel at all. It's a long-term stay, a temporary transient housing; noisy fridge, no coffee maker, uncomfortable bed, no room service, no safety box in the room, cheap furniture, cheap bedding and towels, poor condition,...

No cleaning of rooms if you are taking a room for a week. It seems ridiculous.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Staff reminded us to leave by 11 at 6am. Don't feel very welcome here. Room cards need to be activated every single day. They said that they have breakfast, but don't get your hopes up. We have to leave early in the morning every day to grab breakfast somewhere else. Other than these, other things are okay.
