Front desk very nice people. When we get to facility, there’s no room available. Thou they gave us listings of hotels around the area. They said they will refund me. Still waiting for it.

This place has all the charm of a human storage facility. Its basically like a hostel for older people. Pluses-it is a place to stay-good sized refrigerator, close distance to target, trader joe's, grocery store and restaurants. Negatives-asked for coffee pot,carafe was from one machine so it didn't work very well with machine, asked for can opener and it did not work. Staff is generally pleasant, but management clearly does not care about user experience. My take-it is a place to stay. I would never return!

The shower didn't work and the toilet didn't flush all the way. Could not get it cold in the room.

Unfortunately we will not stay again…hotel is not accommodating. Unwelcoming atmosphere, no ice machine, no coffee in rooms, no guest shower necessities and needed upgrades overall.

Stay clear of room 504. The bed and bathroom smells like a locker room

Totally fine as long as you can get into your room I checked in for my first night without an issue, but when I returned the next day and tried getting into my room, my key didn’t work. I went back to the lobby and became one of almost a dozen people waiting in the lobby for a new key because they were locked out of their rooms or were new guests trying to check in for the first time. The staff was not helpful at all. There were no kitchen items (even a cup) available at the room although it was advertised as an extended stay place. When I asked about it to the staff, they say they only have limited number of kitchen items and that I have to wait and check every morning if one avilable. This place certainly is not a good one if you plan to stay a few days. You do not get any support from the staff at all. Terrible.
