I rented this hotel so that I could have air conditioning for myself and my dogs during the ninety degree weather in Seattle. When I got to the room, the heater was on, and it took forever to cool it down. The employees were never at the front desk and I could not get a hold of them when I tried to call down. I arrived at Premier and was told they did not have my reservation and that it was canceled by Expedia the day prior. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will no longer use Expedia for my travel needs. I had initially reserved Thursday, July 7 arrival. The quality of the suites themselves are ok, plus the service of the staff was always great and friendly. I was unhappy with the cleanliness of our suite (had toilet poop stains on our first arrival) plus the fact that I'm unable to get basic needs like clean drinking water without being pointed to go buy it elsewhere is ridiculous. If these suites were a lot cheaper than what I had paid, no problem. But the issue is when your pricing starts to get closer to some 3, 4 star hotels, these issues become a lot larger. Not enough evening shift staff. Sunday am breakfast cleared by 9:30am, not even coffee available after that unless I wanted to take a coffee maker to my room from the desk and brew my own.

Don’t stay!! It was horrible! The staff was extremely rude and would not let me stay more then 1 night after already taking my money.
