Invasion of privacy They let themselves into our room at 9PM, ripped our room apart, got water on all of our belongings, removed the AC from the wall exposing our room to outside, and sprayed water everywhere. This was while we were unpacked and occupying a room. This wasn't a repair. Just a cleaning... Completely unacceptable and inappropriate.

Elevator broke right before check in and was a negative for the stay. They did call before I arrived but it was too late to try and find a new hotel with such a short notification.

The only elevator in the building was out of order but was only told of the problem as we were boarding the plane to get there that night at 1:00 am.To late to change hotels and of course we were put on the forth floor

Elevator was not working and no one to help bring suitcases up. Smelled like sewage the whole property. Breakfast was less than a grab and go, not very kid friendly.

Our stay this past weekend was good and the rooms were clean, A/C works great lol! And theres plenty around within walking distance for all of your needs including walmart! My issue with the stay was my family and i were there for a bmx race wich means we had equipment and bikes which are very expensive and draw alot of attention so when we stay places we bring the bikes up to the room with us no one has ever had an issue with this and we are very careful no matter how big or small the room is. the rooms were ok- very sparse. Noisy. beds were old. remote as filthy.

We arrived late Thursday and could not check in because “their system” would not allow us to. So my son and I had no where to go the first night. Every time I would go to the front desk no one would ever be there, which happened multiple times. In the bathroom their was a roach, in the tub I found a second roach. Never will I ever stay there. By far the worst experience.
