Rooms smelled of curry, cooking. Fire extinguisher hanging from ceiling. Hair on blankets. Hairdryer not working.

Don't stay here! They overbook and move people. They overbooked and did not honor one of our reservations. We had a group staying there and they moved one party to another hotel far away even though we'd asked for a late reservation and party arrived by 6:30 pm. DON't book here. You'll be disappointed in customer service and professionalism of manager. After that they didn't even discount of offer room complimentary. Didn't even pay for a cab for group to meet with rest of group the next day and it was a long cab ride.

Worst hotel experience, stay away! I traveled with my father and we reserved a double room two months before the date of arrival. When we arrived to the hotel, at 9pm, the receptionist told us they had decided to change our reservation to a single bed without letting us know beforehand. The receptionist Nia did not understand why we were angry. Floor smelled horrible and the room was musty smelling and not clean. There was a hair found in the bed and everything was sticky.

A prison is extended-stay if you don't get paroled Not one, but two non-working drains. One was quite simple: the plunger disconnected from the stopper. It would've taken me two seconds with the proper wrench to fix. But despite it being only 9-ish, I was told there was no-one on duty to service it. The "breakfast" consisted of granola bars or packs of dried oatmeal, with nothing to cook the oatmeal in in the rooms. There had been muffins, but I missed the last ones.
