Room doesn't have any stuff: no spoons, no glasses, no plates, no even one bottle of water in the refrigerator... and all this for almost 200 USD per night!

The room was and nice and clean but there was nothing in it! No towels, no soap, no shower curtain!! And there was zero staff to help us after 8:00 am. The should have been a staff member at the front desk at 7:00 am but the employee didn’t want in the door until 7:45am. For the amount of money I paid for one night, I would have hoped for much better hospitality.

Front desk took 1/2 hour to complete reservation. Was annoyed when I asked questions about the room. Refused to place me on a higher floor when I indicated as a woman traveling alone I was uncomfortable with the first floor. Insisted on my credit card for “incidentals” even though I was told there was nothing for sale in the room. The room itself was decent, although it was not a suite. No amenities to speak of at the hotel, and it was located in a shady neighborhood.

Not personable I’ve asked for an extra pillow, they says they are out of pillows. What? This is a hotel!!! How can you out of pillow?! I didn’t ask for 10 just needed 1 more.
