They need a whole new team and staff everyone that work there are sleep with the customers and have practicing in drugs with the customers

We are known for super clean rooms and exceptional, friendly staff so we were shocked to hear that this was not your experience. I liked the neatness of the bed and kitchen area, I disliked the bathroom The shower curtain had brown stains on it Didn’t like that we had to take out our own trash Some cloths were unfolded like someone used it The shower water was barely hot One of the front desk recipients was very rude he was very very rude Just wasn’t comfortable I would never recommend this place to anyone

Really bad service had me waiting 25 minutes to check in no body at the front desk and same to check out everything else nice

Being that we are more of an extended stay - we offer limited front desk hours. We know that this is not what most guests are used to and apologize for any inconvenience that this caused.
Save your money and your sanity by going elsewhere Absolutely awful experience. The front desk people at check-in were pleasant enough, and when I had to call at 10:30 p.m. to complain about the woman yelling on the phone for 30 minutes next door to me, they came up and calmed her down. However, the fact that the front desk is not manned after 11 p.m. is an awful idea.
