Never stayed! TERRIBLE,SUCKED, STAFF ATROCIOUS ,RUDE

I did not like the fact that u have to pay for extra towels they had no extra shampoo conditoner the rokm was very plain mattress kept sliding to sode of ghe bed u could not get extra pillows no heavy blankets no iron in room bed was not comfertabe !!!!!

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. DO NOT STAY HERE! This is an Extended Stay property, not a hotel. It is presented as a Suite, but is unlike any Suite I have ever stayed in. They only clean the room once every two weeks. They only gave us towels for two people, thoughthe reservation was made for four people. They charge you a daily linen fee if you want clean towels. You take out your own trash and pay for a new bag, otherwise you must reuse the old one, or provide your own. Stay at Woodspring Great location and outside of complex is clean. Took awhile to check in. The bed was a platform bed not attached to wall. The mattress kept sliding off the bed. Room wasn’t clean and was old after the first two towels would need to buy them. Room was on 3rd floor. In the room above us was a large family living in the room. They were extremely loud all hours an we asked them to be quiet. Which they didn’t. they lied to me and told me that they didn't have any rooms available and then they revealed that they did have rooms and they downgraded me to a cheaper room but still charged me for the more expensive one

Arrived on 10/25, checked in and stayed overnight. Facility not up to expectations so checked out at 10am. The hotel manager advised that there would be no refund of any portion of the prepaid 4 day reservation saying "that is company policy" and also would not provide a check-out receipt. The Travelocity reservation states that there would be a penalty if early departure but does not state it is total forfeit of total payment. Travelocity was contacted and stated they must follow hotel's policy. UNFAIR!
