Not good Cold showers, loud people, traffic noise, zero Internet for over a week, had to leave this hotel early and getting a refund was a pain, would not recommend this hotel. Complained about lack of Internet in my room but it worked down the hall and I was told to deal with it. Multiple complaints later I was given their help desk number and told to go figure it out myself. I'll drive further next time Hotel room had terrible odor. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a granola bar. No juice or water available for the kids.

It is weekly service hotel. There were no dishes, cups or glasses in the room. The sofa was uncomfortable. The hotel is in serious need of a remodel.

Bad stay The hotel didn't smell very nice. It had a pot smell when we walked down the second floor hall. The Third floor smelt like someone was cooking something not pleasant in their room. The bed was very uncomfortable because it was so hard. I would not recommend this hotel. Very outdated rooms.

Had to wait to check in after traveling 6.5 hrs in car. Only one person was upfront she was very rude . Never told me about much only that they had no milk and no orange juice in morning bc they had no where to store it. She was very miserable should not be working with public. She was rude to the other woman in front of me. I was not happy the next evening when I returned to see room was not cleaned. Called down to get towels and was told it was extra. When I got in to check in at 8:25 pm. no one was at the front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes. When I checked out the net day at 8:30 am, I asked the front desk lady for a copy of my invoice. She punched some keys on the computer and told me "NO". I asked why she said I made my reservations with expedia, which I did not do, I made my reservation through hotels.com. She was rude, so I left. I will not go back, recommend this hotel chain to my family, friend and co-workers. Very disappointed. Overall rating, I give it a 2.

Crappy hotel, don't bother! Hotel not in convenient location, customer service was lacking, no one seemed to really care that you were staying there. Breakfast was a joke, coffee was horrible, rooms were small and out dated, no coffee machine, dishes, utensils, house keeping, do not stay here, stay at the Holiday Inn Express that is near the TF Green Airport!
