Would not stay there again, was not aware that there was no daily room service, room had a residual smell of smoke.

Room smelled like smoke When I was checking in a very tired looking woman was using a phone at the desk to book a hotel somewhere else. The desk clerk mentioned it was parents week for a university in the area. I was glad I had booked well in advance. Then I got to my room in this 100% non-smoking facility and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I just book this hotel because offer free shuttle to the airport, but when I'm request the shuttle at 4:30 am they said that the shuttle service start at 7 am this it's so ridiculous, I'm stay at any other hotel with shuttle service and start at 4:00 am , stay away from this hotel if you need a shuttle before 7:00 am

Worse Than Camping Mold in the sink. Really uncomfortable bed. Couldn't adjust the AC (it kept turning off and it was mega hot that night). Finally figured out there was a light switch for the living room to bedroom fan like 7' up on the wall - useless. Outdated but that's not a big deal. Mold in the sink. Also worth noting there are three extended stays in this town - we accidentally showed up at the one 3 blocks away form here by mistake at first (that one looked much better - book there instead!)

Not a good place to stay. Bedding was not clean. Blankets had hair strands. Sofa bed was not cleaned. We reached around 4:30 pm and the room was still not ready. Had to wait about 30 min to get that partially cleaned room. The room was stinking as well.

Bad service not clean and we had no breakfast because they were out of breakfast and that's not right

Needs updating... Carpet was stainedalmosr everywhere. Kitchen cabinets were very outdated n worn, and completely empty. No dished, nor silverware...nothing. What's the point of "extended stay with no extended stay supplies"? Breakfast consisted of coffee, power bars, prepackaged tiny muffins and packaged dry oatmeal. Very disappointed and will not stay there again.

Ok for last minute. It was doable for last minute but very no frill. Kids on the floor above were running through the halls until 11 at night - sounded like they may have been riding a Big Wheel. Shower wall was dirty and room smelled VERY badly (like the spice curry) - we were too tired to complain. Told person at the desk when we checked out but she ignored me. At least they had decent coffee and muffins in the morning.

Noisy Noise didn't clean room at all when I was there told me I was only there for nights we will clean it when you leave
