There is No brakefast as mentioned.just coffee. No body help me during check in and check out. House keeping once a week. No shuttle is found except 3 days a week with limited times.

Decevant On s attendait a bcp mieux , ce n est pas ce qu on vu sur les photos la suite etait trop petite pas de vaisseles dans les placards, mobilier un peu vieux petit dejeuner decevant des fruits des barres , muffins on a du chercher un restaurent pour dejeuner Rien a dire sur le service

not a good experience First room was a shoebox. Upcharged for normal-sized room even though they knew we were there for my father-in-law's funeral (and for 9 nights). I've worked in hotels for 20 years & know that is at the clerk's discretion. For this reason alone, I will never use this brand again. If you're not convinced, keep reading. No toilet paper refill in room; had to go to the desk to get it (glad I wasn't alone!). They don't deliver anything & nothing is in the room, so we had to go down for kitchen stuff. Ok for a short stay It was fine for a short stay, breakfast is grab and go so just muffins and coffee. We had to change rooms as the first room's toilet was unflushed! It was awful but the rest of the bathroom was clean. They gave us a free upgrade but I think that they need to do a little better with cleaning the bathrooms. The staff, however, were extremey nice and very friendly. Kudos to staff!

Dirty hotel. Regretted booking here. Will not stay at any extended stay America ever again. This was my first and it was not pleasant.

Extended Stay? Very Disappointing experience to say the least. The stove is just a hot plate not a real stove that the pictures show. You have to request normal amenities to be in your room or they are not there. They say that is to keep things very clean. The breakfast is a small muffin and a cup of coffee and an old orange. It was the smallest room of any hotel I have ever ever stayed in and they don't clean it every day, only when you arrive and when you leave.
