Be wary Extended stay is in name only. No dishes or cups or even a coffee maker. In room was "1" plastic cup had to request another. Breakfast ends at 10 but they do not wait. Girlfriend was pouring coffee at 9:45 and hostess was taking stuff away including the cream as she watched the coffee being poured. Also hotel has no shuttle on the weekend so you are stuck if you do not have a vehicle. All amenities are 1/2 to a mile away. Spend an extra 20 on a hotel and choose elsewhere.

The bathroom trash still had the previous guests soap and other materials, had not been cleaned.Bed was very uncomfortable.I was not happy at all with this hotel, not to mention it was under construction and loud

dissapointed we were told there was a shuttle from the airport, there was none. the grab and go breakfast was pitiful. There was no restaurant in the hotel. We actually had to ask for drinking glasses so that we could have a glass of water. The kitchen had no coffee maker or toaster, silverware. We wont be back !

No frills- as basic as it gets. The room was clean, but needed updating. Deadbolt didn't work on the door to the room, nor did the bathroom door latch. Super cheap bedding, very rough towels (no fabric softener in Rhode Island?),cheap cabinetry. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but I thought it was going to be a little nicer for a 3.5/5 star rating. wedding guest from NJ 1st I gave the front desk person a credit card to use instead of the one used to reserve the hotel. He ended up charging me on both. I called the following day after check out and a lady stated she would refund me the amount on the credit card, but never did. I had to call the next day only to find out that it was never processed. I received confirmation and then was told it would take 2 to five business days to get refunded. Really.. it doesn't take 2-5 to take the money out. Next time I will pay the e... read more

The pull sofa was dirty and wore out. The pillows were dirty. One wash cloth for the three of us. We asked for a blankets, received one blanket. Continental breakfast was not anything to talk about.

The room was dirty, we found hair on the bed and in the bathroom and the frame of the bed had white stuff on it we had to clean. We were also placed on the bottom floor and when asked to move we were refused. We were up all night from people being loud in the hallway and at breakfast.
