weekly business trip to Cranston, RI This hotel is not worth staying. we changed 3 rooms on a 4 night stay. Air conditioner had failed on the room initially given to us. so we had to move to a handicap equipped room next door. only to find it too cramped and with no bath tub etc. etc. Maintenance was not able to fix air conditioning in our original room even the next day. so we moved toa 3rd room again with a dysfunctional air conditioning. d3cided not to change any more rooms and put up with it for the rest of the stay. thi... read more

Very disappointed! I expected an "Extended Stay" facility would have at least kitchen equipment : coffee maker (with coffee packets) / dishes / silverware / cups / drinking glasses - there was not even a water glass in the bathroom! There was NOTHING. I arrived late at night (10:PM~ish) and had brought in a frozen dinner since the room had a microwave. But no eating utensils! Disappointed Upon entering the lobby, the hotel had a stale smell which was also found in my room. The amenities were dismal: no hairdryer (and when one was retrieved at the front desk, it was broken), no ice machine, and poor breakfast choices including no fresh milk for coffee. The harsh florescent lighting in my room was unpleasant and I found a diaper (at least it was unused) by the night stand in the bedroom.

Bed Bugs Our employee was booked at this hotel for two weeks. He just called to tell us he needs to move hotels because there are bed bugs. He now has to throw away all his clothing and buy new clothes. We are not very happy about this.

Disappointing rooms and services The two rooms we had were very small with spaces barely enough for turning around. There was only one staff on duty in the morning or evening so guest request for services were often delayed. For example, in the morning the front desk staff also cleans the breakfast room and keeps guests waiting at the front desk for check-in/check-out or other requests. Breakfast is horrible!!! Breakfast is horrible. It has only coffee, muffin, eneygy bar. I was very hungry. But the condition of hotel is good.
