First when we were checking in the lady at the front desk was rude and not very helpful. She gave us the two key cards to the room but didn’t activate one of them and the one that was activated was bent. We got upstairs and the door wasn’t opening. The lock on the door gave us a problem every time we tried to open it. When we told the front desk they came up and said we had to put our body into opening the door which rarely worked. The front desk clerk was missing when I tried to check in. They showed up after 7 minutes. Once I had to go back down to the desk and again they were missing and I had to wait for them to show up. I also noticed their phone was off the hook. The place smelled bad inside. There was a bag of trash in the lobby all night. All the hallways also smelled bad and the room smelled bad. Dirty stairways and hall to room. Noisy fridge . Uncomfortable and noisy bed. Price was good. Get what u pay for I guess. Internet did not work . Desk person put one in but I had to log in every time. Serve coffee later than 9 on Sundays!!

Kind staff. Friendly setting. Unfortunately Expedia has a habit of completing bookings when there is no availability. So I couldn’t stay at all.

The place was really funky for the cost. Spend the extra $50-$60 to stay in a better spot.

There was a horrific smell in the hallway that was like a mix of urine, sweat, and a meth lab. I was hoping it would be better in the room and it was, but not by much. The shower curtain in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a long time and smelled horrendous. Learned my lesson to stick to well-known chains.
