Cleanliness needs to be worked on, my room smelt like as if someone has been living in there while walking my dogs i seen 1 if the side doors propped open with a stone which anyone can just walk in the hotel. To top it off my room was infested with roaches. We had to leave the Property and let the staff members know.

This hotel was AWFUL. I don’t know how it got an average rating of “good” on Travelocity. The whole hotel smells bad but our room smelled like actual piss and we actually had to open a window to be able to stand it in there. There were drunk guys fighting outside our window. The bedside lamp did not work at all so there was not enough light. The only reason we stayed was that it was midnight when we got in and we weren’t sure where else to go at that hour.

Staff was nice but the property was a bit run down. Broken door handles and hinges.

Overall disappointment The check in was good. Front desk people were nice. The room was simple, definitely could use an upgrade, and was not as clean as I'd hoped. The sheets were clean, the bed was ok. The floor was not cleaned, there was the butt of a joint on the floor next to the television. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The curtains had holes in them. This was a place that I didn't feel safe at--one of the first guests I saw seemed like they were on drugs (clearly not the hotel's fault, but added to the sense of not being safe). The room was clean, which could be determined by the very strong scent of cleaning products, which was a little overwhelming. This was one of the first times I locked all the locks in my room. They charged me twice for a room and didnt refund my money. Also they have roaches!
