Layout of room was nice, kitchen placement, size. Stove worked very well. Mattress seemed very old. Towels mediocre, thin & over used. Carpet looked dirty. Supplies for kitchen had to be specifically requested, room was not set up prior to arrival. Checked in at midnight, tried to request supplies at 1am, nobody available at desk & no one answered multiple call attempts. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room, nor was there an outlet in the bathroom for hairdryer. There was no hand lotion. We had to go the desk to ask for just about everything. Won't stay there again

I didn’t like that when I check in the person that assist mean her customer service it was very poor I saw the difference that she has when she checked me in and check me out it was totally different when she assess someone else also the breakfast they should explain what they give him breakfast time before the reservation.

This property was located in a very back-woodsy area, not in a positive way. While the bathroom was recently renovated and totally clean, the beds were scary. The sheets were thin, barely hiding some kind of foam pad underneath. Further, there were brown scratchy marks on the sheet of one bed. The kitchenette had NO dishes, utensils or glasses; only 2 plastic cups in the bathroom. Further, at 5:20 am someone opened my door; glad I had the latch on because their key unlocked the bolt.

very disappointing Elevator didn’t work, tv remote wouldn’t turn on of off, no ice machine , insufficient bedding , had to get coffee cups from main desk

TV did not work, WiFi would not connect, no vending available since out of order and couldn’t even get a bottle of water from the front desk.

Room was very dirty, worn and dated. “Breakfast included” was coffee and granola bars. And worst of all, the hotel is not safe! At 5a someone entered my room! Thankfully the door was locked with the bar or their could have been a major problem. After not being able to fall back asleep I went to the front desk to see who was working thinking it was an employee trying to enter my room. The clerk said he was the only one working but he checked another guest into my room by mistake! How can that possibly ever happen??? Unaccepta... read more
