The property seems in need of some refurbishing. Furnishing are a bit tired, carpet is somewhat worn, and though not overpowering, the smell of smoke persists.

While checking in, a food delivery person walked into the lobby to deliver to someone in one of the rooms. The desk clerk told him to go ahead to the room. I didn’t like the fact that anyone not staying at the hotel could walk around in there. This was my first time staying at an extended stay facility and it may be my last. They allowed pets and I heard dogs barking at night. Noisy in general. Could hear TVs, talking, and the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture half the night. The room was very clean and the bed was quite firm and comfortable. There was only one small quirk -- the plastic door key turned green, but then the door did not open when I pulled the handle down It turns out that you have to pull the handle up, which i have never encountered before.
