When we go to our room, it was dingy, had a sour smell, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly and was full of hair; the whole bathroom did not look clean (the bathtub and toilet looked dirty). We communicated with front desk, to find out there was no one available in maintenance to come to fix the issue. my stay was fine besides the fact that when i entered the room it smelled like nothing but urine i had to spray my room
