We just came to 1 night to see Providence!
Clean but minimal is all areas
The room was comfortable
First of all we loved its proximity to providence, Warwick town park and the beach. Grocery stores and a mall are super close. The property is well maintained, spacious, clean and super nice. I would like to visit it again.
The property seems in need of some refurbishing. Furnishing are a bit tired, carpet is somewhat worn, and though not overpowering, the smell of smoke persists.
Bathroom fan didn't work.
While checking in, a food delivery person walked into the lobby to deliver to someone in one of the rooms. The desk clerk told him to go ahead to the room. I didn’t like the fact that anyone not staying at the hotel could walk around in there. This was my first time staying at an extended stay facility and it may be my last. They allowed pets and I heard dogs barking at night. Noisy in general. Could hear TVs, talking, and the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture half the night.
