Bad in a bad way First of all the hotel smells like skunks. Lobby, 3rd floor as well. It was obvious there were certain activities going on to make it smell that way. I did not go to the other floor. I brought this up to the manager, and she said she would try to figure out who it was. "Breakfast" consists of coffee and the hard granola bars. Phone did not work, bed cover smelled, bathroom sink was clogged. Though website states there is no pet fee, a $25per pet per night was required. In the eavning water began dripping from bathroom ceiling. Went to lobby and the lady at the front desk response was "oh great." She stated that the only thing she would do was make a note for maintenance. We left this place has been serviced multiple times for bed bugs and several in one month alone. Records shown that and we left.

Disgusting This place was filthy and smelled strongly of both cigarette and pot smoke. They have smoking rooms right next to nonsmoking. Filthy hotel, skip it and go somewhere else

Not as Advertised! We were sorely disappointed in this reservation. The property advertised a business center; we were told upon arrival that there was NOT a business center! No explanation or apology given. Being late at night, we stayed the night and checked out the following morning. After over an hour on the phone, we were able to get a refund of our reservation less 2 nights-one for the night we stayed, and one for a penalty for checking out early. Great if they don’t screw up your reservation We booked our room almost 3 weeks in advance and they had no rooms available when we went to check in...not happy!
