No working elevator and I'm 71 years old and staying on the 3rd floor.
Not good
When we first arrived, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge us and when he finally looked up and checked us in, he said my entire room number out with others standing there and was shocked when I said that made me uncomfortable. The room was clean enough.

Calling this place "extended stay" is like calling Alcatraz "extended stay". I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel-- and they had the audacity to leave an envelope clearly marked to leave a top for housekeeping! Yeah right. The floor had not been vacuumed, it had dozens of stains, and the ceiling had stains too-- how does that happen? Hand and footprints n the back of the door?
