STAY FAR AWAY. The health Dept should shut them down. There was an open needle on the floor that i almost got stuck with going to pick it up (the ONLY person running hotel was the counter girl who said yeah I've been stuck before like this is a regular situation and it's ok no issue with that) and a dirty napkin on the floor. in the first room then noticed the aluminum foil wrapped around the detector after we complained. Not what we were told. I booked these hotel rooms with a clear message that they had to be on the same floor and near each other. My husband and I were traveling with my 98yr old father. We arrived late as arranged and they said the rooms are first come first serve and they didn’t have what I requested. Hair on beds and towels, dirty room, curtain wouldn’t close all the way, full size beds not the best. Smelled bad in the halls and in the room.

The room is not clean. There are only bars, murfin, and coffee for breakfast. No hair dryer, no utensils, no coffee machine in the room. Bad experience.

There was a smoke smell coming from the vents. The shower rod was loose at both ends, no shampoo and the room did not smell good at all. The kitchen floor was also dirty.

DO NOT WASTEYOUR MONEY TO GO HERE 3RD FL HORROR!!! The staff was kind, Professional & Amazing, I left on Saturday noonish returned late Evening all the used towels were on the floor and bed unmake, I called no answer, went to the front desk I was informed they clean every 2 weeks, when I asked for towels I was given a trash bag to FIRST bring down from the 3rd floor before a fresh set was given, on Check out day I had to leave around 6am the elevator was not working walked to front desk who informed me it broke at 3am, so I ... read more

The overall experience was far less than I was expecting. Not one glass in the room, nothing to use in a kitchenette… despite cabinets and drawers, and a fridge and microwave, there was no way to actually use them. You have to buy any glass, knife, fork, or spoon, or any dishes, from the motel!!! And if you do buy them, when you leave, most likely you cannot pack them aboard a departing flight as in my case. The service desk people where nice but the rooms stunk, had to ask for plates, silverware and other items that would normally be in the room had I booked it in a different location. Even though the location is safe, the other people renting were a bit questionable. I guess you get what you pay for.
