we had to leave the place at 12:33am because while i was on the bed watching on my phone and my husband was in the bathroom ppl from the front desk kept coming and knocking in oir room and saying that they were getting complaints about us being loud meanwhile i was in bed with not even lights on or tv on. Terrible smell since you get in, found black hair rolled in one of the towels. Costumer service was terrible! An uncomfortable night I won't ever stay here again. I booked it last minute when I realized I had to stay in the area and didn't read the reviews. Its not that its dirty or unpleasant, it just wasn't comfortable. A queen sized bed with only 3 pillows was really odd, and the rooms only have a very, very thin bedspread and a blanket that is so thin I didn't realize I had one. There is no extra blanket anywhere. If you want to sleep done stay here I stayed for 2 evenings and now my back is out from the horrible bed we slept in. The parking lot would have been softer to sleep on. Hated it.
