The facilities old dingy and smelled like cigarettes

Arrived at 2:30 am there was no one at the front desk had to wait about 20 mins until a lady came and told me that I have to wait 10 more minutes but that anyway there was no rooms available even when I already paid for it. Why do they accept reservations and payments if there is no rooms.

Being a mini suite with kitchenette it was very disappointing that you were not providing any utensil or plates or anything at all in kitchen area.

They don't even have a working shower!!! Upon check in the hotel clerk was nice but that was the only thing nice about the hotel. My room was on the third floor and when I stepped out of the elevator there was an unpleasant odor. Then as I walked towards my room there was a lot of trash sitting next to one of the hotel doors like two trash bags full plus a microwave. Parking requirements are crazy no other hotel in the area makes you put a pass in your car. The amenities in the room are horrible. One small bar of soap. You have to actually ask for kitchen utensils and half of them are not clean. They only give you three very small pillows for the bed And the staff or at least the general managers are really rude honestly and not accommodating and definitely not Customer first one of the cheapest places to stay in the area, but by far the most disappointing.

Hotel for skid row The hallways reaked of cleaning chemicals and our room reaked of smoking. We couldn't gdt out of their fast enough.
