There were no drinking cups. The bathroom had several issues - shower rod loose, toilet seat loose, black goop around top of sink.

The hallway carpet was dirty, the bathroom sink had mold, and the bedspread had a burn stain.

Rude and tricky personnel left me without reserved rooms in the middle of the night

Don’t waste your money. Very low quality. We are in a road trip for 12 days. We have been in 10 hotels so far. This one has been the most expensive so far and the least quality. Don’t waist your money. - hair on pillows, on sheets and inside refrigerator. - we didn’t even bother breakfast (coffee and muffins) - no tissue box - sheets look dirty - dirty floor -the car that was parked next to mine in their parking lot, someone was sleeping in it. - I had to call front desk to get noise down that was coming from outside, high m... read more

The hotel room smelled horrible (cigarette smoke mixed with bad air freshner), had sticky floor, toilet seat was loose. The heating unit was very noisy. Room not sound proof--you could hear loud banging from neighboring rooms (doors slamming etc). Overall the worst hotel experience you could have. Staff were actually nice but it was gross!

This place is a dump…Not only is it outdated, it smells and looks/feels dirty. Even my ten year old was grossed out. For $175 to check in at 9pm and out by 9am, we should have just stayed somewhere else in the area.
