Nasty receptionists!!! Upon check in we had to wait 15 minutes because another guest was trying to get some fresh towels from the front desk. The receptionist went into the back room for 15 minutes and ignored everyone else while she was texting her boyfriend. Later on we asked for an ice machine the receptionist said oh, there are ice trays in the room. Who wants to wait for ice to freeze when you are thirsty now? Outside looks nicer than inside I try to write good reviews but this one is not. Lobby is small and needs work done, more like a motel style hotel. I expected more from extended stay since it’s a larger company and in a good neighborhood. Room was clean but again needed work done. The worst part was the pillows looked OK until I went to sleep and there was barely any stuffing inside it.. I tried to use any of the 4 cheap pillows and all were the same. Reservation made but no room available I arrived at the hotel only to find out that there was only one room available but the maid had not cleaned the room and had left for the night. I had to pay 2 x the amount at a hotel about 20 miles away and I didn't get to sleep until 1am as a result. Never again will I consider this hotel,

Depressing Hotel was not pleasant. No extra blanket in the room, bathroom faucets and countertop weren’t clean, bedding the opposite of luxury. The on-the-run breakfast used that chemical creamer - not even real milk for coffee.

Asked for extra pillow and was told there was none and that they were all in laundry. Also made knocked on door an hour before checkout just to remind us of checkout time. Place is so basic, not even an ice machine.

Disgusting odors. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine and did nothing about the odor. Has not been updated since the 60’s. Bare minimum of everything. Knock it down. It’s a danger to the community.

Yuck. We had a short weekend stay for a family gathering. The only good thing to say is that the staff at the front desk was friendly. Everything else was subpar. Our room smelled faintly like last night's Indian food - that smell never went away - and the room was outdated and unappealing. The fridge was noisy. Because it is extended stay and not a regular hotel, they DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS every day - if you want that, it costs an extra $10 per day. The linens do not smell freshly laundered.
