Overnight stay Staff behind desk was great. Friendly, knowledgeable with good service. Maybe got up too late but shower was only lukewarm and no hot water at sink.

Okay...but could be better! I wish I could give a higher rating because the staff was extremely kind and helpful...but someone isn't managing well.It started with no coffee cups for coffee in the lobby. What good is coffee without a cup. We asked for a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for our door. They were out! (this is a pretty basic hotel item!) Day 2 we asked for more shampoo. They were out! First time in Extended American I am coming to the Extended American for one day. I think the staff were very welcoming and helpful in giving e the direction about the restaurant. They are very generous and allowed me to check out at a later hour without charging me anything.

It was a very convinent place for us to stay I would definitely stay there again. The lobby and the hallways were very hot because it was so cold outside. When we went into the room everything was great. The lady who helped me Jennifer even called after I got into my room to check on me and make sure everything was alright.

Great staff. Tired room. Stayed at same place before. The rooms are tired. Maintenance needs to keep up with the wear and tear.
