Room wasn’t in the best shape. You can se on the wall where they ripped out the night stand. The floor was super scratched and blinds are cracked and breaking.

Great room and except for 1 staff member that was very very mean all the other staff members were incredibly kind.

Room smelled of either old smoke or marijuana - I arrived too late and too tired to complain or move. I was running late at check and tried to call to check out over the phone and couldn’t reach anyone. The general assistance customer service was very kind and waited on the phone until connected and was surprised herself at the rude and short response of the on site staff.

The room was clean when I arrived but smelled of cigarettes.

The room was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only two gripes I have is the elevators were out of order so my pregnant wife had to climb all the way to the 4th floor whenever we needed to go out, and there really was no continental breakfast, other than that, loved this stay!!
