Saw some cockroaches in my room, hallway and no tv

There was no shower curtain or towels in the room, called the front desk never answered

The gal at check in was nice. The facility smells bad, hallway carpets are filthy, my room stinks so bad. The toilet doesn’t flush, the shower had pubic hairs in it, towels had long strands of hair and the floors throughout are sticky.

Roaches! The room that we stayed in was occupied by countless cockroaches, of various sizes. The floor was dirty, and there were the crusty remains of other cockroaches, which had been smashed on the walls. When I went to complain, I was advised that the hotel was sold out, so they would be unable to provide me another room. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was busy, but he would contact me at 9:00 am the following day. The outside area had overflowing garabage cans for the 4 days we were there. The pet area was also overflowing for 4 days. The floor in our room was so ditry it made my socks BLACK. I would not at this time consider staying again. .
