We had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready, front desk didn’t know what she was doing and manager seems nice but seems like he has too much on his plate. Had to go clean the room himself. Along with other rooms that other guest were waiting for. Room had a weird smell and the restroom was disgusting. If it wasn’t for the lack of availability in hotels near me i definitely would of canceled and left. Everything in the room was broken and I couldn’t get over the nasty smell.

The sofa beds were filled with dog and human hair. There were no extra blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. Then when we finally got blankets and sheets for it, balls of hair came out of the blanket. We found two cockroaches crawling on the wall. You had to ask the front desk for a hairdryer and a tv remote. I will never stay there again.

The bed was very loose and noisy, the walls are too thin and we found a cockroach in the shower.

Don’t stay here Hotel has a disgusting smell First room i received was not cleaned . Bed not made , trash still in room Next room was “cleaned “ but still not up to standards. I immediately went back downstairs and left. First desk receptionist was the only best part of the process.
