One night stay Room just not super clean. Bathroom floor sticky, stuff on mirror, fridge dirty, urine maybe on toilet seat (on the part that covers the hinge), remote super grimy. When I booked it says they offer breakfast but it’s just a coffee bar. Didn’t see that described. No coffee pot in room. Shopping and food is convenient and nearby

Ramon at check in needs customer service training! OR the day off! I manage hotels and would have had my staff out there with shovels cleaning off at least the sidewalks for safety. And if not them I would have been shoveling. My time spent shoveling would have been worth the peace of mind that our guests were safe.

I have been doubled charged. Ramon charged my debit card, this reservation was cancelled and rebooked paying with my PayPal. The whole reason I switched is because I need the funds for travel.
